  Hello, I am interested in your product but have several queries, as I have had two bad experiences with a Codester author in the past. I would appreciate it if you could clarify the following:
  
  1. Will you provide proper support after purchasing both the script and the SaaS module? By "proper," I mean help during installation if anything goes wrong. Will there be any additional costs involved?
  
  2. Could you add Paddle as a payment option? Stripe is not supported in our country, and I don't use PayPal.
  
  3. In your demo, I see both "Leads" and "Appointment" options. What’s the difference between the two? They seem to serve the same purpose. If possible, could you provide a demo or screenshots to clarify?
  
  4. Do you plan to add a WhatsApp module? It’s a much-needed feature and could definitely boost your sales.
  
  5. Do you have an option to limit characters per chatbot, like in Chatbase (e.g., 11,000,000 characters per chatbot)? Also, can we limit the number of scraped URLs?
  
  6. Will the bot retrain itself if content on a website is updated?
  
  7. Can you add the latest GPT-4o (2024-08-06 model), which supports structured outputs and is 50% cheaper than the current GPT-4o model?
  
  8. Do you have plans to add an API?
  
  9. I couldn’t find a custom domain option. Is this feature available?
  
  10. Can I include a lifetime deal in the pricing plan?
  
  11. How can I prevent users from excessively using up OpenAI tokens?
  
  12. Are there any plans to add a live chat feature?
  
  13. Which SaaS admin template are you using for your script? It looks nice.
  
  14. For the SaaS, do I need to provide the OpenAI key, or will users add their own? How does it work? Also, do you have any plans to add other APIs like Gemini or Claude?

  1. Absolutely. You can refer to the reviews and feedback from our previous clients for assurance regarding our support.
  
  2. Paddle integration is included in our upcoming update, which will be released within the next 2-3 days.
  
  3. Leads refer to potential customers captured by the chatbot, usually with details like email or phone number. These indicate genuine interest in your product or service. Appointments, on the other hand, are scheduled meetings or bookings captured by the chatbot, ideal for platforms offering services like booking appointments. For example, if AiDex’s widget is deployed on a booking site, the chatbot will handle appointment scheduling requests.
  
  4. A WhatsApp module is already in our development pipeline, and it will be added soon.
  
  5. Unfortunately, this feature is not available at the moment, but due to popular demand, we plan to implement it in the future.
  
  6. The bot does not automatically retrain itself. You would need to update the assistant's training data to reflect new website content.
  
  7. Yes, we’ll be adding the latest GPT-4o (2024-08-06 model).
  
  8. A REST API is planned for the long term, though not immediately.
  
  9. Could you clarify what you're looking for in terms of a custom domain option?

  13. We use a custom-built admin template designed by our team.

We are also considering adding an option for admins to create plans with custom OpenAI keys for individual users. This way, free trials and basic plans wouldn’t require users to have their own API key.
  
  15. At this time, we don’t have plans to support multiple AI engines.

  A: It means users can add their own domain for the chatbot widget and share the chatbot with others, for example, https://usersdomain.com/chatbot. This feature is available with many chatbot providers, which is why I asked.

  A: No, actually I meant for users as a SaaS provider. If we add users, they may overuse OpenAI tokens. How can we prevent that?

  9. Currently, the option to add custom domains is not available, but it's something we may consider for future updates.
  
  11. To prevent overuse of OpenAI tokens, there are several mechanisms you can implement. You can limit the size of training files, as well as restrict the number of assistants and models each user can create & fine-tune.
  Additionally, we're planning to introduce a feature that allows you to set a maximum number of messages per plan. Once a user exceeds their message limit, their access will be temporarily restricted until they either renew or upgrade their plan.

  If the user is chat so freely, the consequence will be a lot of tokens

  Hi, your product looks awesome! I have some queries:
  
  1. Do you have an ETA for the SaaS module?
  2. When you release the SaaS module, will it include a landing page or only the backend application? If a landing page is included, can we disable it to use our homepage or landing page?
  3. What payment gateways will be integrated into the SaaS module?
  4. The newest and most affordable AI models, like GPT-4o-mini and GPT-4o, aren't available. Could you please add them?
  5. What vector method are you using? Is it local storage, or must we integrate with a third-party service?
  6. Will this support the Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) method?
  7. The chat widget goes outside the browser window when I use a 13-inch laptop. Could you please add an option to set the height and width of the chat window?
  8. Does this have an option to set the temperature?
  9. Can you add an option for multiple OpenAI API keys? It would help organize them per brand or company, allowing me to store multiple keys and use each one based on the specific brand or company.
  
  10. Should I get a regular license or an extended license? I'm asking to know which license I would need once the SaaS module is released.

  1. We're actively developing the SaaS module and plan to release it within two to three weeks.
  2. The SaaS version will come with a dedicated landing page tailored for SaaS functionality. You will have the option to disable it if you prefer to use your own homepage or landing page.
  3. For the initial release, we will integrate the most popular payment gateways and expand based on customer feedback.
  4. We're currently working on adding the latest AI models, including GPT-4o-mini and GPT-4o.
  5. We're using OpenAI vector stores to manage vector storage.
  6. Some features already incorporate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). For example, our assistant training allows for file uploads or memory tools to enhance conversations.
  7. There's already an option to set the height and width of the chat widget in the widget creation/edit form.
  8. Customizing temperature and token limits is on our roadmap for upcoming versions.
  9. We'll consider adding support for multiple OpenAI API keys to help organize them by brand or company.

  Hi, thanks for your quick reply. You've clarified everything, but I still have one doubt:
  
  Case 1: If I purchase a regular license for the original script and the upcoming SaaS module, will I be able to start my own SaaS business? OR
  
  Case 2: Do I need to purchase the original script with an extended license and also the upcoming SaaS module with an extended license?
  
  Which one is correct? If I go for an extended license for both, it will be expensive, right? Many developers follow the approach in Case 1. Please confirm.

  You're good to go with the approach number one unless you're tending to use the product more than once . The regular license will allow using the product for either personal or commercial use by you or on behalf of a client & also scalling to SaaS when released.

  I’m glad to hear about your interest in our script. Yes, the code is completely open-source. This includes both the React-based widget app and the Laravel web app script.
  
  Regarding the SaaS version, it will be available as a separate module. Users will need to install this module to utilize the script as a SaaS, preserving the regular version for personal use. We are currently finalizing the module system, and you can expect the SaaS module to be released within few weeks.
  
  As for welcome message customization, we streamlined widget creation and added multi-language support in version 1.3, which temporarily removed this feature. However, we’re bringing it back in upcoming versions with even more flexibility.
  
  Currently, AI model training is done through training datasets, which is the optimal way to generate high-quality responses from OpenAI perspective. However, we are working on more flexible options, such as file uploads, to make this process even easier.

  Currently, the script is designed for personal use, where only the admin user can create chatbots and generate embeddable code snippets. Scaling to a SaaS model is on our feature roadmap for upcoming versions, and social login options such as Google login will be included when we scale to SaaS.
  
  Regarding 3rd party APIs, users only need to obtain an OpenAI API key. No additional paid APIs are required; any other external APIs used are completely free of charge.

  Actually, we use only two external free APIs:
  
  1. freeipapi.com, for IP address analysis (Country & City for e.g).
  2. flagsapi.com, for displaying country flags (Displayed in the Conversations Log page for example).
  Both are free and don't require paid subscriptions.
  
  Additionally, OpenAI API offers a free tier for new accounts. and Even with paid plans, costs are super minimal, e.g., $0.5 per 1M tokens generated (approximately 750,000 words), which is very cost-effective compared to human-agent support services.

  The process is totally seperated absolutely.
  Once you upload a training file, a new fine tune job is created and trained with the attached data. This new job will show up on the list of the existing jobs along with their associated AI models.
  When the new job status becomes "Successful" The associated model will show up within the ready-to-use models in the widget options and the chat playground as it will be able to be used for a specific chat or across multiple widgets.
  You can always repeat the process and create multiple chatbots trained on specific datasets with absolute zero conflict with each other.
