1 week agoprimo AuthorYes exactly. And the key is needed in the URL for decryption on sharing. The choice for the fragment/hash (#) was made because anything after the fragment is never sent to the server, so it's only visible on the client side for the decryption purpose. -
1 week agoI know. I used the same technique years ago to write an E2E encrypted chat app.
The hash was the key to join a specific room.
